My Summer Top 10 list fail

Hi guys,

So a while back I made my summer to do list where I explained that I will be doing plenty of things during my summer, well to be honest I would try to and sadly I failed!!

It's not that I didn't try to do all those things but I just couldn't I got a full time job and was emotionally and physically drained with no energy left at the end of the day.

To be honest I still want to do all those things especially starting my very own youtube channel because sometimes I just want to record a video talking to you lovely guys and I feel that although you won't get as much content with a video but actually you will get to know me closer as through a video my personality will shine through.

Now I don't only want to go to Brighton to explore it but I also want to move there and live. I have always wanted to live near the sea but close to my family so that I can pop round anytime. I am hoping to move there by the time I am 23 so that now I can save up lots of money and not have to worry about anything.

Right sorry this was a short post but I thought that seeing as we are coming into Autumn and my list was mainly based for summer I would explain why I didn't get through it.

New Beginings!!

Hey Guys,

So following the recent theme of my previous blog post theme and this one is about the hardest yet best decision that I had to ever make in my life!!.

So a couple of years ago I had to make the though choice of what sixth form collage I would have to go to and where it would be located. After a long time planning where I would want to go I made a decision about moving away. This involved my whole family moving and looking for a new house to live in because at the place that I used to live I no longer had the friends of support from teachers that I needed to stay at my school. Knowing that I am taking a huge risk by moving away I really didn't care anymore as I wanted to live my past life of sorrow and misery behind and start fresh.

And so I applied to a school where I was given an conditional offer to study there and that was a dream come true to me because we found the house we wanted to live in and moved in, we all got settled in and then came results day!!! that sadly was an awful day for me because not only did I suffer from post exam depression but I also had bad panic attacks about everything and on the day of my results I found out that the grades I got were not good enough for the school I wanted to go to, I of course passed all of my exams it was just that I was aiming too high for that school.

After long considerations and a lot of persuading from my sister I went to another school which had its enrolment day earlier on and there I asked if I could join. The lovely head of ear there allowed me to join the brilliant school and then my life was good I was slowly getting over my post exam depression and getting ready to start school.

On my very first day of school, not knowing anyone I felt like an outsider and yes at the age of 16 with everything that went on in my previous school I was scared that I would never get accepted my any friendship group and that they have all already created strong bonds with each other that some intruder wasn't needed. But I was nicely surprised when a group of girls came up to me and said I can hang out with them.

But during my first ever Law class I saw this bubbly and smiley young girl just sitting there and looking at me smiling at me and well I though to my self she seems strange but nice strange. This smiley girl is now my BEST friend and I would never change anything for the world.

So the moral of this post is that no matter how bad things get you can always move on and change something I changed the location where I lived and found my best friend who I sometimes feel like I've known all my life and now nothing can knock me down as I grew as a stronger person.

Just remember never be afraid of change because 9 out of 10 times it's good for you.

School Times

Hey guys,

So as its back to school week I thought I'd do a post about my school experience and also add some of my first week of school essentials.
Although I will not be going to school anymore I thought that I would prepare my school essentials that I would of packed to school.

Starting off with a notepad. I always had and to be honest still have a notepad in my bag just in case I ever needed to make notes or if there was that I person you your class that always forgot their books or needed paper, well I was that girl who always had spare so no one was ever without paper.

Next essential item in your bag should be your pencil case and in there you should always have highlighters at least 3 different colours and also pens, not only the colours black or blue but also either a red or green or different colours so that if you have to underline any headings you can make your page look nice and presentable. I also found it easier to highlight the important parts in case of revision.

And don't forget a water bottle because you will always need a drink of water during the long days so having water with you helps.

For me the most important thing to have in my bag was lip-gloss as in my school you were never allowed to wear any make-up so lip-gloss was always a thing that you could hide from teachers as they newer seemed to notice.

Not forgetting your bag!! In my secondary school days I always had a cute bag with me never a backpack with me as it was always a fashion and personality statement to show what bag you had at school.

And these were my top 5 things you should have on your first week of school but also something you should have throughout the year.

Monthly Favourites

Hi Guys,

So seeing as it is now September I thought I will do my August favourites as there were a lot of both beauty and non beauty things that I was really loving last month.

I will start of with makeup and other beauty related favourites and then explain my random favourites to you lovely people.

Right so the first thing that I was loving over the month of August was my No7 Foundation.

No7 Stay Perfect Foundation | Boots | £14.50
I have always struggled to find my perfect foundation shade because I either chose one that was a lot too light or too dark making me have to mix 2 foundation shades together because I didn't want to waste any of my foundations, now my shade is calico. As I was in my local boots store I noticed that they actually offered the match made service and seeing as it only took 5 minutes I went to see what my perfect match was, now that I have the perfect foundation shade I no longer have to worry if my foundation matches.

My next beauty favourite is my Miss Sporty Perfect Colour Lipstick in the shade Berry Me!.

Miss Sporty Perfect Colour Lipstick | Boots | £2.59
I discovered this lipstick thanks to my cousin who had the lipstick on all the time and it never looked faded or smudged. I bought the lipstick not expecting a lot as I thought my cousin was trying to trick me but actually I am pleasantly surprised that the lipstick stays on for a long time, and I really mean a long time I applied it in the morning and throughout the day I had no need to re-apply the lipstick as it stayed on all day. I highly recommend this lipstick if just like me you don't like to re-apply lipstick or even if your life is too busy for you to re-apply constantly.

Next on my favourites list I've got my summer fragrance diesel loverdose tattoo.

Diesel Loverdose tattoo | Boots | £29.99
I got this fragrance as part of my birthday gifts and I have forgotten about having it for a while until the summer and mainly August and I have used the fragrance everyday in August and now I must say that it is my favourite. The perfume has a sweet scent and ever since wearing the fragrance I was complimented by everyone who was in my presence.

I always love using new body butters and over the month of August I have used the limited edition Chocomania from the body shop.

Chocomania | body shop | £5.00
I really do enjoy using chocomania because it makes my skin both look and feel amazing and the good thing is I get to smell like chocolate all day long. I know that this scented body butter may not be for everyone but I personally love using it.

My last beaut favourite is my Hollister body spray.
Crescent bay mist | Hollister | £12

Along with my diesel perfume the 2 scents create the best mix making me feel refreshed and also I get to have something that reminds me of a special friend. I got this from my best friend for my birthday and seeing as she is all the way in Plymouth I have this as a reminder of her and all the amazing times we had together when she's back home as she was the one who got me to love the scent.

Starting off with my non beauty favourites I've got my small bag from miss selfridge.

Bag | Miss selfridge | £20.00
I always needed a small bag just in case if I got out clubbing I need something that can fit all of my stuff but also be small and comfortable for me to have all night, so when I found it in store I was a really happy girl because it was the bag I always dreamed of without actually knowing I want it. It's really practical as I use it on a daily bases as well just cant put as much stuff as I want in there as there is no room but it is perfect for weddings or any special occasions.

Next up is my very own personalised mug.

Mug | Poland | £...

I got this as a present from my parents when they went to Poland and ever since they got back I have been using this mug all the time. I myself am a tea addict so that means I use this mug all the and it is the best one yet for me.

The very last favourite of mine is a Tv show.

Finding Carter | MTV | Tuesdays
Finding Carter is an amazing MTV show that follows the life of a teenage girl who at the age of 16 found out that 13 years ago was abducted by the women she now calls mum, and the whole struggle of her livig with her biological family and finding out she has a twin sister. I wont say too much as I don't want to spoil anything to anyone who hasn't watched the show and does want to but if you wan to find out more or you as well are obsessed with the show you can get in touch with me via twitter or even email.

And these have been my August favourites I hope you have enjoyed reading this post and if you have any suggestions of what I could try out that you yourself have been loving in august feel free to contact me and I will surly try it out.
Lots of Love

Top 10 Things That I Want To Do This Summer!!!!!!!

Hi Guys,

As it is now officially summer I thought I would share my top 10 tings that I actually want to do this summer and of course as soon as I complete one of my activities I will do a blog post telling all you lovely readers about my adventures.

Top 10 Things that I want to do this summer!!!!

1) Go to Brighton with my friends and really explore the sea side like I did with Plymouth.

2) Watch both the sunset and sunrise as this was always a big dream of mine to actually see it, even though it will involve me waking up really early to see it.

3)Have a massive water fight in a part on a really hot day, this will most likely happen after my morning run but to actually have a massive group of people together to have a water fight would be awesome.

4) Start a Youtube channel, it have been a passion of mine to start a Youtube channel but I've never taken it on because I always think I might not be good enough.

5) Go to the beach and build a proper sandcastle, I was never able to build one but this summer it will happen I will totally make sure of that.

6) Go kayaking or canoeing, I use to go kayaking when I was in high school and to be honest I kind of miss it.

7) Go to a water park and try to go on all of the rides.

8) Have a movie marathon and seeing as I haven't watched the Harry Potter movies I'll make it the Harry Potter movie marathon and I will most probably watch it with my best friend.

9) Go to the zoo, I've already been once but I would love to go again.

10) Actually go up to London and explore the town as if I was a tourist.

So this is my top 10 things to do this summer and if you will be sitting at home not doing anything you could try to write your own top 10 to do list as it will be fun to do and if you will do it with your friends it will also create amazing and lasting memories.

My Three Day Trip To Plymouth

Hi guys,

On the 11th of June I took Megabus from London Victoria to Plymouth. My best friend attends University there and as an early summer adventure I decided to go over to Plymouth and visit her and also spend some quality time with her.

I had to wake up bright and early to make sure that I will make it on time to get the coach that was leaving at 11am and I had a longish journey to get to Victoria coach station all together it tool me about an hour to get to London Victoria, and yes I am counting the walking as well. This is mainly because I got lost and didn't really know where the coach station was as there were two of them as I got out of the underground.

As soon as I arrived at the correct coach station I kindly asked at the reception what gate my coach was at and then quickly rushed to gate 18 where passengers were getting ready to get on. Minutes later the driver came to tell us that we can now sit on the coach so all of the passengers that had luggage with them could place in a safe place and as soon as you showed your ticket confirmation you could get on the coach. I only had my hand luggage as I was only going for 3 days and I didn't think that I'll more stuff than I already packed.

My very first impression as soon as I sat down was that the coach inside looked amazing and spacious. The leg room that was available for me was incredible and me knowing that this will be a 5 hour journey to Plymouth that was the main feature that I took into consideration when choosing to travel with Megabus gold.

There was also free Wi-Fi available on the coach along with free refreshments to make the long journey more pleasant.

Luckily there was no traffic so the coach actually arrived earlier that it was suppose to. As soon as I saw the Welcome to Plymouth sign I started getting really excited, not that I wasn't already excited because I was but seeing that sign meant that I was only a couple of miles away from my best friend and what was planned to be the best holiday we would ever have.

As soon as I saw the Welcome to Plymouth sigh I was so excited that I felt like everyone was looking at me because I was super excited and I had a huge smile on. My face.

The find I did in Plymouth was go shopping so we have food supplies for the satay. We later went on and watched our 2 favourite shows whiles eating dinner and then we had the longest chat ever having to catch up the past months events into that 1 whole conversation.

On my first official morning of being in Plymouth my friend took me to sight see and of course the first place we went to visit was her university.

Soon after we went to explore the beautiful town of Plymouth:

The first image of the fish I actually the very first one of the whole series that I have spotted when exploring Plymouth, and the second one is the welcome to Plymouth fish. I'm not quite sure why there were so many of those out in Plymouth but I must say that they were a grate pleasure to look at and are a grate little attraction in Plymouth.

The very next thing that I spotted was this amazing piece of art that was outside of the shopping centre we went into to look around shops as girls do, this is made out of little colourful bricks to create the image of the sea front.

As soon as we went to buy our family gifts we just stood by a boats dock and waited to see why everyone was standing there and waiting but because we are both impatient we just took photos and continued our little adventure.

The verity of boats that were there were extremely amazing and if only I wasn't sea sick I would be on one of these sea Plymouth tours that were available.

We then went on to explore the sea front and I took some pictures there. the little island you see in the background is Cornwall.

This Lighthouse is the Smeaton's Tower and it is the third and most notable Eddystone Lighthouse. It marked a major step forward in the design of lighthouses. It now stands as a memorial to its designer, John Smeaton, the celebrated civil engineer.

On that particular day the sea looked beautiful and as clean as it could ever be I joked to my friend that it might of been me who made it look so beautiful.

I'm not sure if it is visible but it was suppose to say Welcome to Plymouth in that grass and that's the main reason why I really took this photo.

And of course no girly day out would be productive if we didn't stop for some coffee on the way and seeing as it was hot we opted for the coffee cooler form Costa.

After we had our costa we went to explore some more but this time to the other side of the beach and we couldn't pass straight through it because there was an retirement home in the middle that was private use only.

In the background are military ships they were doing some training. To be honest I'm not sure what they were doing but it looked pretty cool to watch.

Never really saw a boat that was privately owned as big as this one was but it did really look rice and I bet the inside looked amazing as well.

This was a much better attempt of mine to try and catch the military boats in action.

This is another but now closer shot of Cornwall as we were form the other side I wanted to take a photo form both ends.

On our way back when we were completely wet as we were paddling our feet in the sea this pretty big ship created the biggest waves that I could ever imaging and the reason why we run away from our little spot where we sat.

I found this really interesting why the lady in the sculpture was holding something in her hand and if any of you who live in Plymouth and know please let me know.

This is a memorial just like there I one in London of World War One soldiers just like there is one in London and in Belgium that I am aware of as I went to these ones.

Than after we got back we had our face masks on, on this picture I have 2 different face masks on one was a peel off which was orange that's why it not visible on the picture and the other side was forest fruit and that one was a wash off. And as you can see I got sun burnt form my exploring but it was totally worth it with all the amazing sights that I got to see.

And to finish this amazing adventure to Plymouth post here is a picture of me and my amazing best friend. we did take a lot of selfie's but non of them looked as nice as this one.

Hope you enjoyed reading this post us much as I enjoyed being in Plymouth.

lots of love

Real techniques foundation brush

Hi guys,

Today I thought I'd do another review but this time of my foundation brush, I use it everyday and I wouldn't use any other brush in a million years.

For my birthday I was given Sam and Nick Chapman (pixxywoo) Real Techniques angled foundation brush and I've been using it everyday and now looking back and thinking how I managed to cope without it before.

Real techniques | foundation brush £8.99

This foundation brush is perfect for everyday use. The brissles are very soft and when in contact with your face the brush continues to feel soft. The brush is angled so it is easier to get into the corners in your face, for example around your nose or your eyes.

The brush is perfect for spreading out your foundation evenly around your face. Also the brush is really easy to clean and once the brush dry after my weekly deep cleaning of all of my make up brushes, the brush itself goes back to the original softness that was there when you first purchased the brush  and this is the case no matter how many times you wash your brush.

Before using the real techniques foundation brush I was used to applying my foundation with my fingers which looking back at it wasn't a good idea because the foundation was never spread equally with my fingers because I always knew that there were some place that I knew I missed out or applied too much product in certain places.

But now with the real techniques brush I get my foundation spread equally and there is no product build up on my face. making my make up look as professional as it could.

The brush is perfect for liquid foundation and I am now looking forward to trying other products from the Real Techniques range.

Amazing hair product review

Hi guys,

I always like to try new products that could improve the smoothness of my hair, but I never came across a product that would make the smoothness of my hair last more than 2 days until I tried the Tresemme Keratin Smooth.

Tresemme Keratin Smooth | 7 day smooth system £6.99

I've always battled with frizz and my hair always caused a problem whenever I washed it or it got wet due to rain. As I've got long hair I always like to have then out and straightened but the amount of times that I straighten my hair does cause serious damage to my hair because I tend to involve heat a lot.

Now that I have started using the Tresemme Keratine Smooth I have decreased the amount if heat that is used on my hair, but not only did I decrease the amount if heat but I also decreased the amount of products that I use on my hair which cause my hair to become heavy.

When I was in my local superdrug I saw that the tresemme product were on sale and I have decided to give the Keratine smooth a go. And that was the best decision I've made with my hair products as I don't use a lot of heat daily and not a lot of product is used on my hair.

To ensure the best effect that the product can give first was your hair with the Keratine smooth shampoo and conditioner

Tresemme Keratine 7 day Smooth  | Shampoo & Conditioner  £5.99 each

Following that use 4 to 8 pumps of the 7 day smooth system on each side of your head and firmly work the product into your hair avoiding the scalp.

Tresemme Keratin Smooth | 7 day smooth system £6.99

After you work the product into your hair you will need to straighten small parts if your hair approximately 5 times. It might feel weird going over your hair 5 times on each part but that ensures that the product is actually activated.
Once you've finished straightening your hair you can now enjoy your straightened hair for up to 4 washesh.
To be honest I could tell you my experience of the product but why won't you go out and try it ourself it will be totally worth your money.

My January 2014 Favourites

Hi guys,

So as we are in February now I thought I would share with you what were my January favourites and explain why they have been my favourites. I hope that my January favourites will help you guys if you were unsure about any products that I will mention and this post will help you guys decide weather or not you want to try them out yourselves.

This is a quick shot of all of my January favourites.

So the first product that I have been loving this month is my lip scrub from lush.
Bubblegum | Lip Scrub Lush £5.50

This product was recommended to me by my best friend, and even though I didn't buy it in January as I went into the store during the summer. But my lips didn't really need a scrub during the summer and I only used the product to make my lips look pink. As January approached I seemed to use this product more often as my lips got dry and when I used the scrub they felt a lot better. I know that the price of £5.50 may seem too much for only a 25g product but for me this product is worth the money and I used it everyday for the month of January and I've only used a small amount of the lip scrub. From the first moment that I tried this product I fell in love with it because it gave my lips that extra special feel and unlike other lip scrubs this one smells nice and you can choose different flavours to by I chose the bubblegum one because it really reminded me of my childhood as bubble gum was my favourite sweet, but the other flavours that are available are popcorn and mint chips. these are the available ones online along with the bubblegum one but I think that if you go into the Lush store they might have more flavours to chose from. Highly recommend this product to anyone who wants to make their lips look pinker or even if you have damaged lips.

The second beauty item that I have been loving over January is the soap and glory hand cream.

Hand food | soap and glory £2.50

This was given to me in as a gift for Christmas. I normally don't have dry hands and even though I didn't need to use this I decided to give this a go because I love all of the Soap and glory products and knowing what my skin always feels like and loving it I decided to give it a go. After my first used of this product my hands felt amazing and soft. I am sure that once I finish this product I will go out to Boots to purchase the bigger size of this product, and also the travel size one because it fits in my travel makeup bag where I keep some of my makeup just to have during the day so that I could touch up my makeup. This product in my opinion is a must have in your hand bag as it works wonders for your hands but it also smells amazingly. I highly recommend this hand cream for anyone who is a big soap and glory fan but also to those of you who don't really use soap and glory because this hand cream will be totally worth your money.

The next 3 products are mascaras and I have been loving all 3 of them especially when I use them all together because they give me the best effect on my eyelashes that they look fuller.

The first mascara that I have been loving this month was the Revlon Lash potion mascara.
Mascara Revlon | Lash Potion £9.99

As you can see this mascara is loved by me dearly because you cant even see any writing on the packaging. This is the only bad thing that I could say about my mascara because the rest of the qualities of the mascara are amazing but the packaging of the product is really bad as I placed it in my makeup bag and also my travel makeup bag and because of the amount of makeup I have in my makeup bags the products rubbed against each other and only this packaging got scratches. However the mascara itself is and amazing product the brush is good in applying the mascara because not too much of the product comes out and also as this product is water proof and I currently live in the UK it is a perfect mascara for a rainy day. When you apply the product it doesn't stick all of your eyelashes together. When doing my eye makeup I apply this product last because I think that this is the final effect that makes my lashes look full.

The second mascara that I have been loving this month is the Max Factor Eye Brightening Mascara for Green eyes.
Mascara | Max Factor £7.99

Even though I don't have green eyes I have hazel and I purchased the mascara for brown eyes as well but gave it away because it did not enhance my eyes at all it just looked as a normal mascara that I could buy. Basically it wasn't doing its job. I have recently started using this one because I wanted to enhance my eyes and as this mascara was doing its job I was loving it. I mainly use this mascara combined with other mascaras in my makeup bag but sometimes when I want to go for the natural look I just use it on its own and this also enhances my eyes. If I was still in high school I would use this mascara on it's own for my everyday school make up because it doesn't even look like you are wearing any make up and it enhances your eye colour. You can always try the one for either blue, green or brown eyes and if your eyes are hazel I would advise you to get the green one.

And the final mascara in my January favourites is the Maybelline Big Eyes Mascara.
Mascara | Maybelline £6.99

I have purchased this mascara only because of the effect that is supposed to create on your lover lashes. To be honest I am pleasantly surprised that the advert actually showed the real effect of what the mascara will look like on your lover lashes. The product is definitely worth buying because if you are like me and you actually do like to check out new makeup items that just came out and 9 out of 10 times you are disappointed that the product didn't work as you wanted it to work this mascara will live up to the standards that were set in the commercial.

The next product that I have been loving is the accessorize makeup palette.
Eye Wardrobe palette | Accessorize

I got this product as a gift a couple if years back but I forgot I even had it so when I found it I started using it because I totally live all of those colours. For me these colours look like perfect colours for winter as and also a perfect match for my eye colour. I've been loving this palette because of the colours mainly and I wanted a similar looking palette so that I can experiment with the colours and see how they look on my eyes and if they match my outfit.

The next product is mu MUA eye shadow.
Eye shadow | MUA £1.00

I only got this product to highlight my eyebrow when creating a smoky eye effect, but I also use it in the inner corners of my eye if I want to blend 2 colours together. This product seemed to be a bargain for me because of the price but also quality.

The next 2 products I use together because I got a foundation that is a shade too light for me and I got a sample of another foundation so I just mix the 2 together.

The first foundation is SEVENTEEN Hide & Chic Anti Fatigue Foundation 30ml.
Foundation | Seventeen £6.29

The reason I've been loving this foundation is because after applying it the foundation makes my skin feel soft and also the foundation give a health shine and look to my face. The foundation doesn't smell like other foundations as it has a pleasant smell and it doesn't feel odd on my skin. I would highly recommend using this foundation as you wouldn't be disappointed with the texture and also this product will make all redness on your face disappear.

The small sample that I mix my seventeen foundation with is Maybelline Fit Me Foundation.
 Foundation | Maybelline £7.99

The price of the full size foundation is not as expensive as other foundations that I have used. The product does feel amazing on your skin and also you are getting your moneys worth with this product. the shade of the foundation a little bit too dark for me but that okay because thanks to that when I bought a shade too light foundation I could mix it with this amazing small sample. I am definitely going to buy the full size of this product once my sample finishes and this time I'll get my shade.

Thought I'll give you a small tip on picking the right shade of foundation that I have now found out is a proper way of checking if the shade is the right one for you. I usually checked the foundations on my hand and if the foundation fit than I got it but I was told that in order to chose the perfect shade you should apply it to your neck because the face and neck have the same skin tone.

The next product that I was loving throughout January is from BeautyUK and its an eyebrow pencil.
Eyebrow pencil | BeautyUK £1.99

I usually use my angle brush and a light shade of brown to fill in my eyebrows but when I went out shopping I noticed this eyebrow pencil and I thought I would just try it and see. I have used this product almost everyday in January and it has given me quicker way of filling in your eyebrows. highly recommended product if you are always on the go and don't really have the time to fill your eyebrows with an angle brush that this product is an amazing alternative.

The following product is also from BeautyUK and its their Posh Pout lipstick crayon.
Lip crayon | BeautyUK £2.99

I've only started using this product towards the end of January and I cant say a lot about it except of the fact that my lips look a lot fuller and as I have pale lips my lips look red and natural. The only down side of using this product would have to be that it makes my lips dry and I need to use my babylips moisturiser in the colour red and that makes the colour stand out even more and then it last for the whole day. The product itself is an amazing refreshing product and the lip crayon is a popular lipstick at the moment. There are more colours to chose from and if you don't want to spend £7.00 for the Revlon one because you don't know if you'll like it than this product a really good tester product to try out the crayon effect on your lips.

And my final product which I've been loving in January are the Superdrug branded wet wipes.
Wet Wipes | Superdrug £0.99
I have a very sensitive skin therefore most make up wipes just leave me with some red marks on my face and when I tried these for the first time I felt my skin bring soft but also there was no allergic reaction to them. Therefore the main reason why I have been loving these wipes in January is that they don't make my face full if red small patches. Highly recommend them to anyone who has a sensitive skin type.

Hope you have enjoyed my January favourites and that I may have given you details about the products you may have not known about.
